Test codes are provided directly by HLS Trading as part of our recruitment process. If you have been invited to apply, you will receive a unique test code via email or from your recruiter.
The assessment test consists of 15 questions and has a 30-minute time limit. Once you begin the test, the timer starts automatically. You must complete all questions within the time limit. The test will automatically submit when time expires.

Our interview process typically begins with the online assessment test. Successful candidates will be contacted for further interviews, which may include technical interviews, behavioral assessments, and meetings with team members.
